Udupi Palace in partnership with Tiffinday is excited to bring you these delicious, exotic and rare line of fine Indian curries, sure to impress and tantalize the most discerning of taste buds.
Our food is cooked at the restaurant from scratch; our ingredients are sourced, as much as possible and especially during the growing season, from our friends - the vibrant community of Ontario farmers.
Good food, made with sustainable plant-based ingredients.
CHICKPEA CURRY: Our best selling curry, traditionally called Chana Masala, is made with Chickpeas in a gravy of tomatoes, cooked ever so slowly to bring out the warm flavours of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and star anise. Enjoy with a warm flat bread or on a bed of fragrant basmati rice.
LENTIL SPINACH CURRY: Comfort food any time of the year! Prepared just like it is by proud mothers all over India, we have augmented this traditional Toor Daal curry recipe with a healthy measure of spinach, ensuring you enjoy your greens without compromising on taste
MIXED VEGETABLE CURRY: A popular item at summer farmers markets, both kids and adults can enjoy the mild flavors of a variety of vegetables, locally grown when available, cooked in a light coconut milk gravy, traditional South Indian style. Enjoy with a warm flat bread or on a bed of fragrant basmati rice
